This page allows you to preview Module 12 of the Small business multiplier. This is a very important module in terms of your progress through the programme. When you get this far, you’ve done six months of hard work and you’ve learned the basics of how to grow a small business. Now it’s time to bring together everything you have learned so far, to create a plan for the next six months of growth and beyond. In this module I’ll show you how to create that plan, and I’ll also tell you how to set up a one-to-one meeting with me to discuss how you can get the most out of the second half of the course.

Hi, and welcome to module 12 which marks the half-way stage of the programme.

This module is important for three reasons:

  1. It allows you to pull together all of the foundation principles into a 2-page plan for your business using the methodology and template provided.
  2. Once you have completed your 2-page plan you can submit it to me and book your 1:1 consultation.
  3. With the foundation pronciples covered, you are ready to move into the second half of the programme which is focused on more advanced skills, especially in sales.

The planning process we’ll focus on will force you to challenge your own thinking about your key objectives and priorities and to re-look at what you will measure.

You’ll document your activity in terms of your:

  • Vision;
  • Mission;
  • Values;
  • Objectives;
  • Strategies; and
  • Priorities

I encourage you to get key team members involved in the process and make sure that the plan is well communicated and that everyone is clear on their precise role and accountabilities.

When you have completed the plan we’ll review it together and the instructions for setting up that call are in the module.

Then we’ll switch gears and get into more advanced marketing and sales skills, those used by the world’s most successful companies – that you can adapt to fit your business or professional practice.
